If you are looking to study a Masters or Doctoral degree, then this visa may be for you.
Provided that you have commenced your primary course of study, you and any of your dependents can work unlimited hours during this visa.
However, if you are undertaking any preliminary courses, you will be restricted to working only 40 hours per fortnight.
In order to be eligible, you must satisfy the following:
1. Genuine Temporary Entrant (‘GTE’) criteria;
2. Financial requirements;
3. Health and Character criteria;
4. Hold the required health insurance; and
5. Hold the required IELTS score.
