Important Notice – Changes to Payment Options
Due to changes to Australian card surcharge rules effective from 1 October 2026, we have revised the payment options available through our website.
Payment of professional fees only may continue to be made online through or website.
We are temporarily unable to accept online payment of fees payable to the Department of Home Affairs or other third-party bodies (such as Trades Recognition Australia). Our payment provider deducts a 2.99% processing fee from all payments received, and we are unable to absorb this cost when collecting substantial third-party charges on a client’s behalf.
Accordingly, where we are required to pay Departmental or other third-party charges on your behalf, these amounts must presently be paid to us by bank transfer.
When making payment, please use your name or invoice number as the payment reference so that we can promptly reconcile the funds against your matter.
