Rosemary has completed a Bachelor of Law through the Queensland University of Technology, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law. Rosemary was admitted to the roll of practitioners in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2011. She has worked in the fields of family law and migration law and is experienced in both.
Rosemary is no longer practising as a Solicitor as she is focusing exclusively on migration law. She is currently registered to provide immigration assistance through the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARN: 1461394) and operates as a Registered Migration Agent.
Specialising in Employer Sponsored and Family Visas and having represented clients from a broad range of nationalities, Rosemary has extensive experience in broader immigration issues and complexities.
Rosemary’s family migrated to Australia from South Africa in 1985. This background motivates her to achieve positive migration outcomes for her clients and she genuinely cares about each and every case.
