Your visa is electronic and that means that you are not required to have a label on your passport, you can however request one if you want. All you have to do is take your passport and a copy of the grant letter attached to the nearest Department of Immigration and Citizenship office and a label will be provided for a fee.
If you have already been in Australia for three years upon the grant of your visa, you might be eligible for citizenship in one year. Please consult the citizenship calculator tool at the Department of Immigration and Citizenship website for more information.
